Most likely, this is the release version of Csmith 2.1.0, from Nov 2011.
(Tagged in the Git repository.)

FWIW, the "Git version: exported" line means that the build process couldn't
figure out the current commit.  Also FWIW, the tag-determiniation stuff became
smarter in Jan 2012.  (Now if you do a "git archive", the current commit hash
gets burned into the exported files.)
