  Updated FSF mailing address for the benefit of `rpmlint'.

This change was suggested by Shakthi Kannan for Fedora packaging of Csmith.
I will note, however:

  + The address that is replaced by this commit (59 Temple Place) is the one
    found in the current upstream versions of these files.  That is, `stdint.h'
    in glibc-2.14.1 contains the Temple Street address.  I think it is
    questionable for us to patch the upstream license at all, but clearly
    updating the address is not license-substantive, so: so be it.

  + The address that is inserted by this commit (51 Franklin St, Fifth Floor)
    is not entirely up to date with respect to the address found here:
    http://www.fsf.org/about/contact/ (last modified Jun 8 2011).

    The address insered by this commit is the one that rpmlint apparently
    wants, but the current FSF address is slightly different:

    51 Franklin Street, Suite 500, Boston, MA 02110-1335 USA

Basically, this commit makes some tool shut up, but it is questionable.
