    Build a shared-library version of the runtime.
    
    This addresses a request from Shakthi Kannan, who is interested
    in packaging Csmith for Fedora.  Shakthi sent this request to the
    csmith-dev mailing list on Thu May 5 2011.
    
    Building a shared library means dragging in Libtool.  The new file
    `autoconf/ltmain.sh' was copied from the Libtool 2.4 release.
    
    The "important" changes are those in `runtime/Makefile.am'.  All the
    other changes are just fallout from the changes there.
