[csmith-bugs] minor code issue in csmith-2.0.0

Compilations of csmith-2.0.0 warn:

Reducer.h:169:16: warning: no newline at end of file

That could certainly cause compilation failure on some systems, and
violates the C99 Standard, which says in footnote 2 of section 5.1.1.1
on page 10:

A source file that is not empty shall end in a new-line
character, which shall not be immediately preceded by a
backslash character before any such splicing takes place.

That said, g++-4.1.2 built csmith successfully on Red Hat 5.6 AMD64.
