At commit 9b0d493 (current master), reducing test #1 gives me this result:

void(fn1)() { a << 0; }
int main() { return 0; }

(It runs quite quickly now.  Bravo!!)  Two things:

  + The parens around fn1 are sort of weird.

  + Don't we pretty-print at the end any more?
