[creduce-bugs] pass_lines 0-10 get stuck

Hi friends,

creduce instructed me to send you this testcase :)

it's some kind of issue with gcc revealed by Boost.Python. I started with a moderately hand minimized testcase and ran it through the preprocessor first. The link is to DropBox because GMail won't let me send it as an attachment (!):
