Maybe.  I'll look into it.

(I suspect that this is not hard, except for the fact that everybody uses the
same CPP symbols.)

Blech.  That is somewhat harder to capture well, at least in principle.  In
practice it probably isn't too hard to capture CXX for clang_delta.
