Tray-based DCDecoder

This is a screen shot of the tray based DragonCode decoder. It runs in the tray, and pops up a sticky-like window when it detects a DC on the Windoze clipboard, or when one is entered by the user. The decoder is the last icon in the tray in this screenshot. I had to load up the exploder shell to get this screen shot, so you'd better appreciate it. ]:--8)
